Step 1: Check your confirmation email

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking link. Click that link to view the latest status of your delivery directly with the carrier.

Step 2: Use your order status page

You can also check your order status at any time by clicking the View your order button in your original order confirmation email. This page shows your order details, fulfilment status, and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Haven't received a tracking email yet?

Please allow 1–2 business days from the time you placed your order for your dispatch confirmation to arrive. Don't forget to check your junk or spam folder, just in case!
